Shipping

GETOKEN orders are produced on demand and shipped through our fulfillment partners after production is complete. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when your package leaves the facility.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment. High-volume periods may require additional processing time. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Domestic orders generally arrive within 5–14 business days after shipment, depending on carrier service and destination. Rural or remote areas may take longer.

International delivery times vary by country, customs processing, and local carrier performance. Import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, or if your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within fourteen (14) days at support@getokenclothing.com with your order number. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve eligible issues.
