Track Order

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email from Shopify with your order number and summary. Keep this email for your records.

Made-to-order items are typically produced within 2–7 business days. When your order ships, you will receive a separate email with carrier tracking information. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate after the shipping notice is sent.

If you have not received updates within the expected timeframe, or if tracking appears stalled, contact support@getokenclothing.com with your order number and we will investigate.
